also.. where i live.. Silver Lake ( REALLY sick sand dunes) is only about 2 hours away and badlands( a relaly sick riding area which use to be a pea gravel pit) is only an hour and a half away whic his a blast to ride at.. and the houseing here is REAL cheap.. the town i live in is only about 1,700 big and the avergae cost for a new hosue is only 100k.. there's plenty of storage sheds and apartments to rent.. and pretty much everything u need u can get in this small town.. and if u need anything it's only 10 minutes away.. also.. the cops don't hassle u as much if they catch u riding on the road( aslnog as u rn't actually riding around on it.. or riding through ppl's lawns and ****)

Small town.. Cheap housing.. Good riding.. sounds like the place for me.. lol around here... anything around $100,000 it either unliveable or needs TOTAL rebuild... And land.. oh man... 3 years ago we bought our 3. someodd acres for 39,000$. Now... You cant find an acre for that... and if you CAN.. its either wet... or a cliff.. It's rediculous... do you know how much du/triplexs sell for in your area and also how much a normal appt inside of one rents for? Or do you even have duplexes and tri plexs etc.. ? Thats big buisness around here because Putnam and the surrounding areas used to be huge mill towns and needed mill houses... and those are all duplexes today. If you get your hands on a cheap duplex here, you can rent out each side for $700 and be the cheapest guy around, but, they arent cheap anymore. Anyway.. Im rambling.. bye

one thing about the houses here... some of them DO need remodeled... cuz this is an old community... so some of the homes are out of date.

Move to florida, we can go riding together, a nice 2 bedroom condo in pinellas park (next to clearwater/St pete) goes for around 55-75K, i have seen houses for around 70-100k that are in good shape, a few little odds and ends and your good to go.
