St Pete/ Clear water is perfect... my bro lives in tampa and i know that area pretty well... is it good riding? Have you ever been up to Brooksville to ride? I've heard its pretty good riding.. who knows..

Houses needing remodling are good.. talking about the ones in Indiana near speedy.. because the price of buying something and remodeling is much cheaper then buying one that doesnt need it.. and i know everything about remodeling... I've been working in that area for a few years now for my bro.. sense i was 13.. so yah...

Not sure how you feel about riding on a MX track but Uxbridge MA is fairly close to you.

AS far as riding + college + becoming a developer. You may want to Consider UNH. Good school, Great riding and lots of land that needs developing. Clough state park, NH has awesome riding/tails. it has a fast section, Mudd, water crossings, whoops, sand, and hard pack. I race GNCC and this is where i practice. If you can ride clough at a steady clip without stopping for a break. You can ride any GNCC course on the circuit.

I recently moved to MD and miss NH badly. I still own a home on the water in NH and can't wait to get back up to clough this summer.

anyways...good luck

So im selling my blaster... I'll put a list of mods and things on it.. and it'd be nice if someone could answer me two things: The price i should put on the for sale sign, and what i should take for it. Ok:

1996 Yamaha Blaster
-Brand New FMF powercore II(i think.. im too lazy to go look)pipe and silencer
-Stock tires and rims and mud/sand(reversable) Realtor Paddles and rims
-fresh tranny rebuild
-PERFECT suspension
-Runs Awesome
-All body parts in tact
-New chain and sprokets
-Good Plastics

-Look at the blaster in my pictures for a pic of it.

Thanks guys.. i decided to sell that and the BB and put more into the Wolvy and more into my truck.
