How much play in blaster crank?
#4
Big end side to side is .4 to .7 mm, up down is .021 to .035 mm. As long as the up down (radial) feels tight do not be to concerned with the radial measurements...........side to side is easily measured with feeler guages.

I measured the side to side and its about .030 of a gap. How should I measure the up and down (radial). Should I just try to slide the guage in between the bearing and the rod? I felt it and it feels soild no play but I want to measure just to make sure.

Left to right play doesn't matter. A slight amount of up and down play in the rod is WAY to much.
