if you noticed i did some upgrades on my quad but i notice a few times today riding it stalled on me, does that mean something needs to be adjusted etc... the conditoins were normal wasnt high in the mountains etc.... what should the mixture air/fuel screw should be at and possibly my idle??? see if you guys know...

Well I was running at Sea Level with that same exhaust and the cam mod, and the filter kit that you are running, and I was running a 45 pilot, 4th clip on the GYTR Needle and a 170 main. I was about 2.5 turns out on the air screw. I dont know if those will help your problems, but it works great on my quad!

 

didyou haveta turn your idle up at all i did on mine finally got it running a good idle and had to turn about on full turn clockwise

 

yes, when I got the cam mod done, I had to turn my idle almost all the way in

 

hey dirtrider250r 3-wheelers finally got put out of there misery about 20 years ago.....FOR A REASON!!!

 

but the thing is, is that the TRX's are still winning races today. thats a 250 goin against a 450 come on now get a two-stroke dont be afraid to hit power-band
