Painting Banshee Plastic

my Shee has a couple stretch marks, and i would like to have it a Real Dark blue, how hard is it to get paint to stick to it and look decent, what are ur procedures??

you need to get a plastic adhision promoter we use this stuff called bull dog at work . put it on then you can prime it then paint it
