advancing the timing on a banshee???

I've been hearing that by advancing the timing on a banshee that you will get a few more horsepower? Is that true, and is it easy to do at home or should a shop do it?

Yes you will deffinetly noticible. I modded my stock plate for free, you can buy a advance timing key or an adjustable timing plate also. Easy 2-3 hp

www.rickystator.com has the adjustible timing plate for 35$
