starter sensor for when quad is in gear gone bad.

Well i tried to start my quad today and it jumped forward.. and it was ingear... so i'm guessing the a sensor has gone bad.. any idea where it is located and how muc hthey are to replace?

I wouldn't worry about it jumping forward, my warrior does the same thing. I tried to adjust the clutch but that doesn't work, but the funny thing is, after you drive it for a little bit and get it warmed up, the clutch won't do that anymore. If you think its some kind of sensor then listen for something in the back by the battery because when the key is on and you pull in the clutch, I here something click in the back, thats the only sensor I can think that their is if your looking for a sensor that is

that sensor is the one by the battery, when you pull in the clutch you can here a real quiet clicking noise. By the clutch handle, their are some wires that go into the clutch and it has like a spring and some other stuff, if I remember right, if something goes bad in their then it won't start, it acts like the battery is dead or something.
