My father-in-laws Kodiak choke cable is locked up. When he tries to start it, it's hard to start because the choke is locked and he can't turn the choke up. Has this happened to anybody elses? Is this an easy fix? How can we get the cable unlocked? Thanks!

 

This last winter mine froze up, and wouldnt pull on. I think water got in the cable and froze...its fine now.
You could try squirting some cable lube down the cable, and try working it back and forth to loosen it up.
