How to compete with the 450's?
The DS engine makes more hp in stock form than the raptor does, thats nothing new. I think its around 2-3 hp. The weight and setup seem to be the limiting factors on the ds, not the engine power.
The 800 made a pretty good showing this year, and Mr HP's stock bore was fast. The DS just seems to take more work to get the power, its in a higher state of tune from the factory than the Raptor is. Intake/exhaust bolt ons make many times the power on a rap than a ds.
