I keep hearing a lot about the government forcing the recall of 3-wheelers. I've heard that the manufacturers will have to offer a rebate good towards the purchase of a new 4-wheeler as an incentive for people to return them. Can anyone tell me anything about this? Is there any truth to it? I have a nice Tri-Z 250 that I'd hate to have to give up. Thanks.
