Hey windmill,
Where did you find your 4WD CV Boot Covers, Shock Covers, and UNI AirFilter for the 05 Kodiak? Will the filter made for the 04 fit the 05? Thanks.

Hey NewRider,
I got the boot covers directly from Yamaha dealer. They run about $60 for a set of 4. So you need 2 of them to do all front and back. These are actually ziptied and velcroed over the actual boots. Makes them very tuff. They are kind of hard to get to stay on the boots but once you do they are fine.
Part# ABA-2HR95-00-00 Boot Covers

I ordered the Shock Covers from an Ebay Dealer. They were like $30 with shipping.

I ordered the UNI Filter from RockyMountain. I think it was the 04/03 Kodiak Filter. Fits perfectly.

That is wrong, most dune riders use K&N w/ a prefilter. But anything else besides sand i suggest UNI or Twin
