Whatever. No actually I am not, I am talking about ported and polished banshees. But ya know it really is time for this to die because it doesn't matter what you tell a banshee rider they will never believe anything can beat them until they get beat in a race. The one that was beat never thought it was possible until it happened 3 times in a row. And just for the record there was nothing wrong with the Banshee and there was nothing wrong with riders ability. So yes I am talking ported and polished banshees but not completely overhauled 500cc banshees which is what enForcer is riding

 

LBC lemme explain something to you.

I have a banshee, but im not all biased like you think. I have a KX500 (powervalved 500cc 2 stroke in a 200 something pound frame) and it would absolutely mop the floor with my, and most banshees out there.

But you simply are not understanding something.

What you are saying is this: That YFZ can beat ported and polished/piped ect. banshees in a drag race, but of course it cannot beat 500cc drag banshees. (naturally)
Of course no YFZ is going to beat a 125HP banshee in a drag? right? NO.

What your not understanding is that a banshee with pipes, good filter, and a GOOD port and polish job is potentially going to have 50-60-70? Rear wheel HP?
A banshee with 50 or 60 RWHP is going to completely smoke any YFZ.

So in short: The banshee 'in question' with porting, polishing, pipes, that was beat by a YFZ was simply not done correctly.
Im not sure if you know about porting in general, but if you port a banshee IMPROPERLY, you can LOSE HP. That is how critical a good port job is.
The ported banshee that got beat by a YFZ was

a: Not ported at all

b: Ported very poorly

Do you understand what Im saying? Can we end this thread? The banshee I ride might run dead even with a YFZ. Im not saying MINE will beat anything. It runs good, but it only has good pipes, good filter, and is .20 overbore. Not too much, but enough to make it run very well.
A ported, polished, piped, filtered banshee will run CIRCLES around a YFZ. I hope you understand so we can end this thread that keeps sending me email notifications.

The banshee will when for over all top speed but the YFZ will do better on most other situactions!!!
