Default Raptor jetting ??

I'm putting a HMF full exhaust, pro flo K&N intake and taking off the lid on the air box. From reading the instructions, All it says is full aftermarket exhaust below 3000ft to go 148/146. It's doesn't say anything about adding intake mods. I'm assuming that I'm going to have to jet it fatter then 148/146. Am I correct?

DJs are numbered different than factory jets. I'm guessing a DJ 150 is much bigger than a Mikuni 150.
I'm going to be running the same set up as you and I'm also using a Dynojet kit. I might try the 148/150 jets along with no lid and 25 pilots.

I am at 2100 with the same mods except a hmf slip on and I have to run mikuni 175/180 with the needle on 5 all the way up and 3 turns out. Mine runs like a champ, hope that helps.

Talk about wanting to bang your head on the keyboard!!! LOL I was going to try 148/150 also. If it runs to lean then what since the dj kit only goes up to 150. Do you have to change the pilot and where do I get a pilot jet, The dealer?

Trust me, go with 150/155 DYNO JETS with stock pilots. I just put a pipe/filter on my brother's raptor and I took off the lid and went with that jetting Im telling you about. Right now your carb has Mikuni jets, so dont compare the two sizes, they are not comparable. If someone gives you any jetting advice, always ask if they are refering to mikunis or dynojets.

Where did you get a 155 dynojet? The highest jet I have in my DJ kit is 150.

from a dealer. I know the kit comes up to 150, so your gonna have to go to a dealer and ask for a 155 DYNOJET...take your 150 for reference because there are different types of jets.
