Default Parking brake block off kit for raptor...

I got the tusk kit, took off the parking brake in the rear, installed the Tusk cover, then undid the cable up on the handle bars, and pulled the cable out threw the back. Then, i took off the latch that says "parking brake" in red off with the spring, and thebolt that holds on a few things, and after that bolt was out, i removed the acually parking brake lever, where the button is and the hook that the latch locks on. Now, there is an electrical wire (2) that has a small bump that is generally closed when the parking brake is NOT applied, now that the parking brake levers and all are off, that bump is sticking out, so im assuming that that is going to activate the rev limiter. Can i just snip those 2 wires and then twist them together to ground this out or eleminate the limiter, or what? Any ideas are grea---Rider1169

put the plate on, rip the entire cable off your bike throw it away, now as far as the the brake on the hand;ebars, dont worry about it. you did the right thing by removing the hook and all the other crap up top their. run you bike see what happens, and see if your hitting the rev limiter, if you are their are 3 wires coming out of yoru clutch perch, 1 beign the clutch cable, 2 is the wire located on top(the one with little bump sticking out) and 3 the one located directly below the number 2 wire. trace the 3 wire down behind the radiator and disconnect. whammm.... problem solved.

You can unhook both of those wires... Simply follow them down behind the radiator and unplug the one with the single plug, and the other with the two connectors. Then plug the two connectors from the one wire on the machine together. Then go get a cr250 clutch lever and perch, replace that crappy stock mess. The perch and lever were 23 bucks together at my dealership.
