The Grizzly is a total package utility ATV. There haven't been any major problems with them since they changed the axles. It takes to aftermarket mods very well. Some people claim that it is "tippy". I ride mine on a motocross track in stock form and never felt like it was going to tip over. The stock tires are crap. Too soft a sidewall and the tread sucks in the mud. Aftermarket tires and wheels will give you a little wider stance and stiffer sidewalls. The tippy feeling goes away.
It has a lot of power yet people who have never ridden an ATV will be riding with confidence in a matter of minutes. I know this from experience with my wife.

I'm not saying the Griz is the best quad on the market. There are other quds out there that have the same qualities, some with more power and some with less. I'm just saying that I was so satisfyed with mine that after my wife claimed it and I could buy any quad I wanted, I bought another Griz.

silverbear,
i see you put in the 727 kit! hows it doing for ya? still on the bottle? would love to see it run on video once, lol.

as for the grizzly. a great middle of the road quad. may not do everything the best, but it is the best all around quad out there, in my humble opinion.

all of the info that i have from numerous yammi dealers are saying no one knows what is on the plate for '06. curious as to the '06 you mentioned. fill me in. is this a true '06 or a '05 mid season release?
