Got a new raptor and my buddy had a extra t-4 pipe and i got it and it was awsome but my neighbors hated it. Do yall know a good quiet pipe for raptor. I was thinking of a hmf with quiet core but in another forum i saw that some 1 said it took away alot of power. I did search other forums but didnt really hear anything helpful. thanks for yalls help

 

If your neighbors are extra sensitive to the raptors engine noise, I seriously doubt a pipe is going to lessen their bitchhhin about the noise. They are more likely anti-atv people.

I would look at the fmf q series pipe that is supposed to be a quiet pipe.

 

The T-4 has a quiet core available. It will lessen the decibels by about 5-8.

 

Can u tell me where to find a t-4 quiet core i looked on their site but cand find 1. thanks for all help.

I dunno..check ebay...thats always my last resort..or first sometimes....about your neighbors, if they don't like, they prolly just don't like atvs in gen. and thats the first thing folks like that go after, the noise. I have a very loud pipe on mine and i have relatively close neighbors so I try to be respectful with it. I don;t blare it all day long and don't ride after 5pm, which is the time most people get home from work and the last thing they want to here is a bunch a racket.. that way they can go out and enjoy the evening with out hearing (in thier oppinion) an annoying atv buzzn' around. I have done this for years and my neighbors don't seem to mind at all. They would complain if i rode on thier land and if i rode at nite and all day long full throttle makin a ton of noise. so keep that in mind. good luck - piece

 

well really my neighbors dont mind cause we all have atvs but my parents dont really like it but what ever pipe is quiet with power will solve the problem.
