Default Removing Flywheel on Warrior

I am trying to replace the starter clutch on my 87 Warrior, I am trying to get the flywheel off. Do you have to remove the 6 allen head bolts that are on a bolt circle in the middle of the flywheel before you can pull it off? The 6 bolts are so tight, I've snapped the allen key trying to loosen them, if I can get the flywheel off without loosening those bolts, I will mill the heads off them, and EDM the bolts out of the holes. So do they need to come out to get it off or what? Thanks

No the 6 allen will stay. What you need is a puller. It will thread into the flywheel then push on the crankshaft.
