Default Kill Switch Help

OK guys im lost. I just bought a pro motion kill switch for my 05 raptor 660 and i cant for the life of me figure out how to wire it. According to the directions your supposed to run the short wire to a ground on the frame, ive got that covered but the trouble im having is they want you to run the long wire to the signal wire from the stator. i cant find this connection and it doesnt make any sence to me why to do this. im hopin maybe someone knows of an easier way or can give me better directions on how to do this. I did a search and only 1 topic came up and it was installing on a yfz 450 and they said something in there about splicing wires just below the handle bars IMO that would be much easier but i need to know which ones. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Default Kill Switch Help

On my raptor I wired mine in through the coil.. I stripped the plastic coating on the orange wire(im not sure if its the same on a 05) then soddered one end of the kill switch wire to that and then just grounded the other wire to the bolt holding the coil to the frame and it works perfect.. If you need any more help let me know

Default Kill Switch Help

Well i looked today and saw a orange wire coming from the coil according to the manual. Do i just bare the wire and tie into it, b/c im guessing your not supposed to cut the wire completely. I have clips that go on a solid wire and enable you too hook and additional wire up...but is that what i want to do?
