Default Fitting a quad in a short box

Sorry, not really a yamaha question but does anyone have experience fitting a raptor in a short box and putting the tailgate up? I need the tailgate up while towing my trailer. Buying a new truck with a longer box isn't really an option right now. I was thinking of building some ramps at the front of the box but i'm not too sure how high to make the ramps. I know car ramps don't work. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Sorry, should have been more specific, F-150 Crew Cab 5.5 foot box. Pain in the patoot.

Don't think it's goin in that one. You need the "regular" short box 6' to 6.5' bed, my F150 with the extra not crew cab you just got the tailgate shut with a bit to spare.

With a crew cab and that small of a box you'll never get it, sorry. Looks like you need either stand the quad up or find another way to haul it.

I have a crew cab Dakota and I can fit my Grizzly and still shut the tailgate. She's tight. but she fits.
