I use my ATV for work, which involves deep mud, fallen limbs, hard packed surfaces, and even gravel roads at times. Does anyone have a good suggestion for some real tires other than the factory stuff. Also, I would like to keep the performance on my 450.

Mud lites from ITP are a great tire. Lite, deep tread, good on hard pack, inexpensive and ride smooth!

 

Go with ITP Mudlites, i just put 26 inchers on my big bear 400 and love em, do great in the mud, ride good on trails also, and good price too.

 

Thus far I am very pleased with my Kenda bear claws. excellent in the mud, and ride good on hard packed also .

 

ive got the itp 589's, adn they work good.

IMO, you really can't go wrong with 589's.
