Ive always had good luck with a blaster. i own a 2000 blaster and have raced it and beat the **** out of it since it was new. it never gave me troubles. Ive only rebuilt the motor once even though i didnt need too. i have nothing but gooood to say about the blaster.

Sence when do you have to rebuild a blaster every 6 months? If you take care of it, it should last longer then that. I went 4 years on my stock motor and never had any troubles and never rebuilt it.

Third year of not rebuilding here, the blaster will be great for you.
