I know that I'm not the only person that owns a Blaster who has wheelied the original junk grab bar into a twisted piece of trash. And since I'm also a cheap *** I came up with a suitable replacement. While shopping at the local Home Depot I spied up some pieces of flat aluminum measuring 1 inch wide by three feet long using the original grab bar as a template I bent the aluminum to match, drilled bolt holes in it and mounted it now it looks like a custom aluminum grab bar and only cost me about 5 bucks and about 10 minutes work.I'd like to hear from some others on how they made there own low buck repairs and improvements.

I took some metal grating and welded it onto the original grab to make a cheap and small rack to haul a small cooler on.
