How do you make the rear shock stiffer? I know there are 3 things that you can adjust, appreciate any help thanks.

The large threaded portion of the upper shock body is used to set your preload. This sets up your ride height. Determined by your weight and type of riding. The **** on the resevoir controls the compression. This adjustment has the biggest affect on how soft or stiff your ride will be. If you are riding easy and want a soft ride you want less compression. If you are taking big jumps you will need more compression so you don't bottom out. The **** on the bottom of the shock controls the speed of the rebound. You can slow down the rebound so the back end doesn't dance around over the bumps. If you slow it down to much the ride may feel stiff. The compression and rebound adjustment has around 20 clicks. Just start in the middle and go up and down 1 or 2 clicks until you like it. You will be surprised what a difference in handling slight adjustments make.
