If it is a stock motor the 34mm pj 250r carb is a little to big..It would have good top-end but would really be slugish on low end..What i did was i got a 30mm pwk..It is a nice upgrade from stock and it fit's the stock intake manifold and air box with a little convincing.. if you get the motor ported eventually you won't have to worry about a carb being super small..stock is a 26mm incase your didn't know that..If i was you on the stock bike i would get these 4 thing's first...
a good pipe(will be the best gain of power other than porting
30mm carb
oil injection block off
and some reeds

With a dremel you can modify the stock intake to accept up to a 33mm carb, but it takes come convincing to get in. A 34mm will be too big on a stock engine, and as letha stated you will have good top end but will lack on the bottom.

i totally agree but the father says that it is totally a waste to get the oil block off kit he says its a pain in the rear end so im looking for a dirt bike that way i can just use the same mix and fuel and whatnot
