Default Quad rider learn big lesson!!!!!

I live between two large fields of hay that are not used for farming anymore. I took my Warrior out for a short test run after rebuilding the engine and started out across one of the fields of 5 foot high grass. What I did'nt know was that my buddie on his Warrior started across the other field of 5 foot high grass about 2 minuets after I had left. As I returned and went past my house I went into the same field he was in,not knowing he was there, and due to the high grass I did not see him coming in the other direction until it was to late. We hit left wheel to left wheel bending both our frames, ripping the left wheel completly off my quad and sending both of us into the air rolling to a stop. We were both lucky that we did'nt get badly hurt. All that happened to us was a slightly sprained right wrist for me and a sore back for him. Lesson#1 Never ride in an area with limited visibilty like a hay field with out a flag. Lesson# 2 Always know where your buddies are riding so this does not happen to you. I've got a couple of pics on my profile of the end result. In case you want to know my buddie rebuild his from the frame up and I bought a new Grizzly

Sorry to hear about that man, that sucks. I remember when I was 4 my dad bought 2 brand new racing karts and he went to give me a ride on it and his buddy took my sister on a ride behind his work. He went left and we went right and he flew around the corner and we couldnt turn fast enough and the same thing happened. At least you werent hurt..

when i was younger i was on my polaris and he was on his bayu 220 and we were doing donuts on an ice patch and ended up getting my front rack wedged in his front rack. nobody hurt and almost no damage, but we were pinned together and took like a half an hour to pull us apart because we had no traction on ice and were at different angles so we couldnt like move off the ice easily

That sux! Good thing you guys were not seriously hurt. Would having a flag made that much difference? I dunno. Go try it again with flags and see what happens. j/k
