Raptor Slip Ons..
#1
I know this has probaly been asked many times. But is a slip on pipe worth it? Or do you have to go for the whole big bang...full exhaust..? i dont want to spend 500 for exhaust. But i dont want to throw some money out there for just a slip on if it wont even do anything. Is a slip on only good for looks and noise?

A slip on is good, the stock muffler is very restrictive, and with an aftermarket exhaust it will help you alot, try HMF, Yoshi, those are a few out there that are known pretty well.

you can always just buy the slip on for the time being and eventually when you get a couple extra bucks get the head pipe i just bought a slip on, it sounds way better than stock and looks a lot better, im sure about the power gains yet im in the middle of jetting it

.....don't forget an aftermarket airfilter like K&N, so your engine could get more air flow.

general rule of thumb, get a slip on that is part of a full system you might want. You don't need the head pipe with a stock motor. BUt like a lot of us have found out, soon you'll be in the motor so you'll want the head pipe. I have a WB e-series, good low end , good sound, fair price.
