Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with their wolverine. I bought one (used, mind you) and the thing started burning oil. I kept it topped up but I guess I didn't pay enough attention and I cooked the thing. it's 2001 model. I talked to a guy who runs a sled/atv junker and he says that those motors are in hot demand. the reason I ask is that I had a 1986 Moto 4 350 and the thing ran forever, even with next to no oil in it. The blocked even cracked and I siliconed it and it ran. I love yamaha products (my dad has a 79 SR500 street bike and I own Yamaha Drums, bass amp, guitar, etc). What's the deal? Did I just pick up a lemon?

 

i think you did its like honda you dont hear about honda have blown engines unless you race alot yamaha and honda are about the best as quality thats my 2 cents.
