Default Optimal shock setup for dunes??

Specs:
Bike: 01' 660 Rappy, stock shocks, stock settings
Dude: 6' 175lbs, Skinny
Riding Style: Puss to Mild Aggressive

Lowdown
The bike is difficult for me in the whoops, I can't tell if it's because I'm not a strong dude or if the shocks are too hard. When I ride them it seems that the shocks don't give as much as they could.

Rear shock has 3 adjusts: Dampen, Spring rate and Rebound. If someone could give me some detailed settings to try I would appreciate it.
