Heres pics of my new build. I swore after Trinity messed my first motor on my 02 up I'd never build another one but after seeing and hearing about Kenz bikes I took the plunge.

also would you mind telling me what Trinity did to your engine and messed it up i am thinking about getting trinity to do my motor work

 

Impressive number's, Can i ask if that is with the yoshi exhaust ? and what exactly is a 720 or should it be 727 ?

 

Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back in the day of the first 686's I had Trinity build mine, I put in the carrillo rod,etc. The problem is ,they never trued and balanced the crank with the rod on the crank. They may have trued the crank by itself (I really doubt that) but never both and my motor developed a HUGE vibration issue breaking off every nut and bolt along with motor mounts and 5 oneway starters along the way.

There is 1 686 from trinity that I know of that is 3 years old and still running without any repairs KNOWN, Blueleader in Ca has that bike.

Im sure 3 years later he is doing things different but I can assure you , I am at Glamis,CA every major holiday and the fastest of the fastest bring their bikes out to the worlds largest sandbox and they are a non factor for fourstrokes period.

If you are REALLY serious, Id call Kenz and ship your motor before the dune season starts in Sept.

 

It is a true 720, not 727.

For exhaust, I went with LTES LTE Racing because of the dual pipe system so I could move more exhaust out.
