just bought a used frame from the junkyard for front suspension but was wonderign if they have front disc brake kits or are you stuck with drum???

 

04 up blaster have discs up front, earlier youd need to buy an aftermarket setup...some other guys have talked about making setups off other quads work but i have no experience with em. my 02 blaster has worked just fine since new.. it's a matter of keeping them clean i guess hehe

 

well I dont knwo what year this frame is never owned a 4 wheeler before i am currently building a dune buggy and ussing the blaster front suspension and need to do somethgin with the brakes it has a cb750 honda 5 speed motor what I did was cut the blaster fram doen the middel and widened it 12 inches should have soe pics this weekend so how inerchangable are the front hubs?

 

I'm afaraid i couldnt tell you about the hubs...surely someone will come on who knows. but those blaster drum brakes are crappy on a 325 pound blaster......for god's sake dont rely on them to stop something with both more weight and more power!!!! yeah well it is goign to have a swing arm ssspenesin with the honda 75- brake on it and it is disc so it should stop ok
