Anyone out there put 27" tires on a Big Bear? My brother and I are considering whether to get a BB or a Rancher. The thing I don't like with the BB is that it is so low geared. Do 27" tires take care of this problem? How does it handle and ride with the bigger tires? While we are on the subject; how do you like your Big Bear? Are you glad you got it? Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, BK

Hey, my cousin has a 99 *350* special edition, and it hauls his brand new 27" blackwaters XTs with NO problems, there is a power lose but nothing serious.... so a 400 should do it no prob.

I don't know about the clearance with the 27's, but I LOVE my Big Bear. It is geared low, but has an OK top end, so I would think it would be fine powerwise.
