Default Chain hitting skid plate on Raptor

When I am riding my raptor the chain is always hitting off of the skid plate. I dont think that its because the chain is to loose because even after I just get finished tightening the chain it still hits off the skid plate. Is the skid plate the rong size? Did the person who installed the skid plate do it rong? What can I do to fix this?

Throw some washers on the skid plate bolts between the plate and the swingarm.

Or just leave it your not the only person. I have it too

Doesn't effect anything, just makes a weird noise.

You could try the washer idea.

MIke.

chances are that the skidplate is bent up

if so,,,,bend it back into place with a baby sledge

be sure your chain is adjusted properly too

the chain just does that. if you look at the chain when your off the bike, the chain rest's on the skid plate. when you take off and are riding, the chain tightens up and doesnt hit the skid. just when you let off the gas it might hit it again. its supposed to do that.
