ok im a beginner and 14 i have never owned a quad but have ridden my friends polaris 400 and raptor 350 i like the 350 but i want soemthing to grow into. i can use a clutch so thats not a problem. i want somehting i can have for a long time any ideas?

 

go with the 350 warrior iv seen many big people riding them and for when you get more experienced there are alot of aftermarket stuff for them

or the 300ex bigger people ride them 2 and there are alot of aftermarket stuff for those also


id say the warrior for a beginner but you can also hope those up to go pretty fast

get the raptor 350 and mod it in about 2 years or so

 

A 400 sounds good, either the Honda 400EX, or the Suzuki Z400. The 350 you will outgrow, so I would pick between the 400's, they provide more power, and the better handling, and with the little bolt-ons they have in the market, they will give you more good gains in HP and torque. Good luck!

 

GUYS you half 2 remember hes new to fourwheeler riding so come on i think the warrior will suit him just fine not 2 fast for his skill and not 2 slow neither it will give him a good feel for things then he can go with the proformance stuff when he geats better!!!!! iv seen alot of older heavyer and tall people happy with the warrior

 

Well my brother started out on my Raptor 660 when he was about 13, now a days you see kids about his age riding from little raptor 80's to tricked out race machines.

 

maybe yamaha will build a 400 or put like a 4 valve or 5 valve on it for 06 models that would be cool!! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
