im about 130 and i just made the shocks as soft as they would go. i put the preload up all the way and made the rebound as fast as it would go. everything is set the the extreme for softness and its still a little stiff for trail riding. i never bottoms out on jumps though.

Im around 200 to and I turned my front shocks up 1 click. And on the rear i tightened the spring down about 1/2 inch and adjusted the preload and rebound to stock. And i went 3 clicks up on stock setting. It seemed like nothing on my bike was set up to the stock specs according to the book. My left carb was a turn and a half lean.
