It is also 3 " wider, and an inch lower, with some aluminum frame parts....
All in all, surprising improvements for what was starting to be a rather dated model.
The DS has no improvements for '06, We'll see if Polaris has anything new for the Predator in July....

does the predator have EFI if it does i wasnt aware of it. and the c-dales were to expensive. the rappy doesnt seem to have too steep of a price increase. EFI does add good power and fuel economy. like many i just wonder how it will respone to engine mods. having a computer reprogramed is expensive!!!! i just hate seeing quads becoming more complicated. i remember the good ole days when the wheeler quit runnin on the trail all there was to check was spark and fuel and she should atleast try to run. now we got ignition systems fuel delivery problems electronics.....speaking of which wont EFI require a fuel pump???

I can't see the 700 having more then 38rwhp. The 660 has between 33-35 depending on whos dyno you look at. So with only a bore being bigger and the compression being the same, I only see about a 10% increase. The EFI shouldn't really give it more HP but should have better throttle response.

Turtle I agree with what your saying but the the market is leaning towards technology. There is no stopping it. You just need to embrace it. It's like the computer age, you can now check your bank account and pay bills online. Before you had to make a phone call and listen to a tedius recording. However inernet service providers go down once in a while and people freak out (I'm one of them) when they do not have internet access.

Now.. when are we going to see street bike motors in these quads?
