torque stuffer?

can somone tell me what the differance is between a torque stuffer and a torque valve. i tried to order a torque stuffer from white bros but they said it was a torque valve.is there a differance or are they the same?

it is a "tork valve" but it is not worth the $32 or whatever they want. Mine didn't really do anything though it did feel kinda slower. It's a waste of money!
