alright... lets see... my raptor runs fine.. but it runs really really hot. i noticed the fan doesnt turn on but i tried to look at the wires and stuff but they are really hard to get too. i noticed that it gets really hot real fast, like 2 mins. after i start it up, and even b4 i get it into gear. and sometimes when i get on it say 2 or 3 gear it'll bogg down sometimes.. i could ride it forever hot but i dunno if it is good for it? any inputs or solutions would be nice, and does anybody else have this problem?? thanks all.

to get anything into a dealer around here you gotta twist their damn nipples... and pay them 50 bux to look it over. the radiator is full, the rivier is alil bit over low... so i dunno.. thanks.

I bought a 05 raptor too. Just because its stock from the factory settings doesnt mean they are correct. My carbs were not to factory setetings. My right one was .5 turns off and the left was 1 turn and 1/4 off. So i'd go get spec sheet and check some stuff out.

The a/f screws are under the carb, so you will have to take them off and flip them over to get to them. Turn them all the way in, (clockwise), then turn 2.5 turns out. This seems to work pretty good for me. Others might say only 2 turns, or go 3 turns out. 2.5 is right in the middle and I think you should be fine with that. Remember though, when you turn the screws in, just got until they get a little tight, don't put to much force on them.
