Default Raptor running real rough... Help Needed!

I figured I would toss this out and see if I can get anyone out there that might have an idea of whats going on.
My raptor use to run perfect. Sat for winter and tried riding it after about 5 months and made no changes. I have GYTR kit 165 main left side, 170 right. KNN filter and WB slip on.

It seems to run ok at low speeds but if I dump the throttle it runs so rough it won't even wind all the way out. It isn't back firing but acts as if it starving for fuel or something.

So far I have cleaned out the carb twice. Replaced the spark plug. Tipped the ATV on end to make sure there is no water in pipe. Also, checked and cleaned filter, drained fuel and put in fresh gas from diferent source.

When I take the new plug out, just like the old plug, It is a very dry black color. not wet, and diffinately not gold brown.

On a side note. I took the raptor into an ATV shop and they basically charged me for an hours worth of labor and could not figure out what was wrong with it either. Whats worse is that they told me that my jets were backwards, however, after changing to there recommended setting it did not help at all. Made it worse. After coming back home I switched them back to 165 on left 170 on right as I'm sitting on bike the way that was recommended by GYTR maufacturer air.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
