Default Speedometer registers 10-15mph when stopped...

My speedomter is registering 10-15 mph when I'm at a stand still. Just started doing this today.

Any advice would be appreciated! This is my 1st ATV (Yamaha Grizz 660 - 2002), no owners manual...yet... and I'm trying to figure out what's going on with this monster.

Thanks!

heres a bit of a stupid question for ya, does the 02 griz have the digital speedo or is it the analog one? if its analog then Id bet the cable is sticky or got over twisted... if its digital, ive got nothing...

the same thing happened to my dad's griz. turned out to be the winch battery cable wasn't tight and was shorting out causing the problem. hope this helps.
