Has anyone installed these aftermarket extensions, either 2 or4 inch? How do they work?

I tried the 2 inch addon extention about 2 years ago. My experience was pretty bad.

As long as you don't do a bunch of jumping and all around hard riding you will be fine.
It bends and loosens very easily. (at least the model I bought did)
Skid plate does not line up right after you put it on. I ended up with a thrown chain in the middle of nowhere.
I know the cost difference is huge...But save yourself in the long run and get the whole swingarm if thats what you need.

Good luck

if u knew for sure that u didnt want to take this 2-4 inch ext. off of your bike, i would just send your swingarm to Trenga and get another swingarm they are only $275 for a stock extended one Powder coated to your color.
