I had a perfect sparks exhaust i would have sold ya for a good price too.

What jet configuration are you running in your 730?

 

I have 39 FCRs, an exhaust valve broke and pretty much destroyed my head. Still cant understand what could have broken it. My valves were adjusted perfectly, I adjusted them at about 15-20 hrs of riding.

 

where they stock vavles?

if so that is probably the problem......i've seen the face break off of a couple stock raptor valves on the 01-02 models with higher spring rates on the vavle springs

they fixed this problem with different valves on the 03+ raptors.........
