Default raptor wheelies

yea figured out how to do it and now its easy. I have come to the conclusion that with a white brothers pipe it gets more mid range power than off the bat grunt. I just sit back on the seat and give it gas. The reason I was pulling wheelies before was because i was sitting too far up the seat and not revving it enough to get more power.

it also reflects stongly on which pipe you have, obviously the more power the pipe is putting out the easier it is 2 wheelie, no body language needed on mine, i use body language(aka sit on the tank) to keep my front end down. also your on 01 gearing and their way different the rest, thanks for the comment on the avatar.

when i switched to that intake i re-jetted for more air, and i think my jetting is still off. i imagine you would pick up a very small increase for the stock air box. However i will let you know that im dropping the bike off at KMS next week and i'll let them re-jet on the dyno for me and see if i picked up anythign different of the stock K&N, so ill let you know.

ok yea thanks cause i remember alot of people saying here on the forums that the raptor has a very restricted intake and if it breaths more it makes a big difference. Also could i just turn the air/fuel mixture screw to make up for the new amount of air going in. Also, I have a jet kit but i do not know the size jets. I am assuming that they alrrady alow more air to go through so maybe it would be ok?

i have just got a raptor and when im in 3rd i stand up 1/4 revs pull on bars a bit and lean back, at this point you then rev and it will get up. i just wuss awt at the mo because i get scared lol. [well i am nnew to raptors] your quad might find it easier if you sit further back and rev + pull................when you get this go awt, start the 660 beast an try lol, i am off 2 try now 18az!
