Just catching up on the post here..........I have read every post................motox26 - make the most sence here......... Mr350X....your buddies KX125 sounds like it needed a re-ring!!!! ......and the RM250 is the weakest 250 MX on the market! And the YZ250F you want to race....Don't pick on the little 4 stroke!! (LOL [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img])
And to all you that said MX bikes don't have acceleration because they are geared too close (first part of this thread) ............ROTFLMAO...... your retarted............. Some of you would need velcro on your butt to stay on my 250!

That yz250f will be fast to, my buddy has one and they put out more power than a 125 2-smoke. At first I thought is was a turd cause I was just blurping it like a 2-smoke, but the harder you ride em, the faster they go.

MotoX26 thats the idea!!! I want to race him out on the street with my banshee and hopefully kill him, possibly video it, and post back to you guys.

Possibly my two buddies 125's (KX and YZ, both older) were really in need of a top end or something. But im tellin ya, even when THEY rode the banshee, they were pretty blown away at how quick it is. There is no question to the fact that my shee is way, way faster than both of their 125's.
Ill see if I can get that race together.

(FMF pipes, uni-filter, and .20 overbore, a few other things, billet alum thumb throttle, billet alum air filter connect/disconnect conversion)
*remember how much bang a good set of pipes and filter are on a banshee... [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
We'll see what happens when I get that race goin. (hopefully his 125's are in perfect working order, im sure they are, he has about 10 bikes now including 2 Z400's and such)

Althought this is my first post and this thread is a year old lol I really wouldnt want to start a heap of crap here but I think your a little partial to quads ..... for one I just went to dumont dunes with my 2001 kx125 and it would fly up comp hill in 4th gear without a paddle and this bike hasnt had a top end rebuild for AT LEAST 3 years and the pipe is smashed from an accident...second yes a raptor will take a stock 125 in top speed after the 125 tops out but not by much(It might be that I have a 6-speed) but your buddies dont know how to ride or the bikes have like 80psi of compression a stock 125 is comparable to a piped raptor and a stock 250 will kill a raptor easy.(stock for stock a raptor is a tiny faster than a stock banshee) For example the people i went with loaned me and a friend a 400ex 2004 i think and a raptor 660 and we were drag racing and when we were just about toped out I hear this whining behind me and then all of a sudden this 250 just blows past us like we were sitting still and trust me I was trying.
BTW my bike is basically stock mabey we can meet up some time 2001 kx125 6-speed, uni filter, pro-circut pipe(smashed) and a 3-year old top end...Im in bakersfield about 1.5-2 hours from san louis
