2000 big bear not start.

my starter is not working but it i tap on it it will turn over very slow.
is the starter bad? or is it the brushs?
any one help? THANKS

did u try a battery charger/booster/jump start?? it kinda sounds like you dont have enough power for the starter...

your startor might be froze up, if u let it set for a long time . or it might be gummed up with mud. i would say just buy a new one if u can afford it . i dont think they cost alot.
