Hello,

A friend of mine just purchased a 03 Blaster. It was running good until I got there and then we started it, took it for a very short ride (50ft maybe) and it started to bog out and eventually stalled. After that we couldn't get it started, it seemed as if the plug was fouled. I tried push starting it and it would kick over but then just stall. What the hell can it be? I haven't got the chance to clean the plug and carb but Im just wondering if theres something common on these I can check first.

Any idea? Tomarrow I'm going to clean the plug and try to start it again...hopefully it starts. Maybe clean the carb?

Any ideas? Any information is appreciated because I feel bad because I rode it for those 50 ft, I feel like Im the one who broke his bike lol. He only had it for like 2 hrs.

wow, i can tell you'll make alot of friends on here........

 

change the plug. i loaded my 400ex at 5:00am and it ran fine. unloaded at 9:30 and it wouldnt start...not sure how but the plug went bad on the ride down there.
