Im fully aware of this... He makes the Cover and not the plate that blocks it off. I was just putting the homemade idea out there for the block off plate. Srry for the confusion

it's ok but i wouldnt recomend building your own block off kit unless you really know what your doing because if its no good you could have a leak and allow air more air into the mixture and blow your top end
