Default raptor 660r jetting

Raptor with k&n no lid, jetted, and Yoshi pipe. I'm jetted for 3000-4000ft. I am going for a ride to 10000ft soon. Can I just adjust the Air fuel Screw or should I change the jets?

Thats a big jump in elevation, you should change jetting for optimal performance, however if you don't I think the worst you would have to worry about is running rich and maybe a fouled plug.
