Default jetting problems with fcr 35mm carb

Hello!

I come from germany and I ride a raptor with big bore 727cc + ported, hotcamshaft stage 2, programmable ignition dyna fs and a completly sport exhaust system. For a few weeks I buy a keihin fcr 35mm flatside carburator. The standard setup was

main jet: 155 / pilot jet: 55 / fuel screw: 1,5 / air screw: 1,5 air jet: 200 / needle position left and right 5th clip / needle: ocemr

I ride my raptor with the standard setup and with the setup of trinityracing (other needle too "ocgmr"), but my spark plug looks not correct. The isolator isnīt brown and the ring not black. The spark plug has no lining. When I ride for 30 minutes or less 30 minutes and than I look at my spark plug there is no lining on it but the electrode has a red metall color without lining. I tried the needle in the 7th clip, pilot jet 60 and main jet 165, but no better result.

Can you help me out or have you other experience with raptor jettings (fcr 35mm)? What shall I try the next?

Look at my gallery, there are pictures of my spark plug.

Thanks!
