Get a manual so you can get the feel of shifting. Any performance quad is a manual with the ex. of the KFX700.

a blaster will be fine. if you dont learn how to use a clutch on a small quad it will just make it harder when you get a faster one. it really is not that hard....for most people. one kid i rode with had a yz125 and after a year he still had to get it rolling and dump the clutch, otherwise he would kill it....idiot.

I learned on my warrior. Never rode a clutch until the day I went to pick it up..Took my about 6 tires to even take off. I thought to myself "What did I get myslef into"...But now I love it. Most people adapt to the clutch with ease. Once its your and you practice all the worries go away. I've never looked back, and really enjoy the clutch.
