Grizzly fan run alot?

It has been around 85-90 out, but it seems like the fan runs a lot. It runs more than my Twin Peaks which is a twin. Is this normal? The temp light has never come on. Just wanted to make sure this was a normal condition.

Yea the fan will run, but if you think its more then normal you might want to run water through the radiator. Just being a little dirty can cause the radiator not to do its job right.
About the Twin Peak, you can't compare one machine to the other, its like apples to oranges.
Also it wouldn't hurt to add a water wetter to your cooling system, like Redline, even Amsoil makes a additive for coolant. IT will drop you temp down.

My Raptor (same motor) fan comes on alot as well, more on slow trail rides and due to i live in Georgia and it is HOT!. My temp light has only came on once since i owned it and that was from me hitting a mud hole at speed and causing a soupy mix to cover my radiator. I was also thinking of trying the Red Line to see how that works.

I haven't been in any real mud yet, but I hosed the radiator anyway. It was very clean. The temp light does not come on. At what temp does the fan come on and what temp does it go off? It just seems to run more than the Twin Peaks.

Does it seems to run lean? Or are you doing alot of slow speed running, or idleing? Is it posible the radiator cap is loose, or defective?
Once you get going, like 10 mph and more, the fan really shouldnt come on very often, or at all. Just the wind coming thru is enough.
Is the coolant overflow tank full? Any exhaust smoke?

Most of it is slow speed. Even after doing a little road jaunt though, the fan stayed on. The coolant is full and there is no smoke. It just passed 10 hours. This appears to be normal. I was just concerned that the Twin Peaks fan didn't come on as often. I don't know the fan's engagement and disengagement temps either. It may be lower than the Suzuki.
